Today we turn to the space formerly occupied by Coldstone Creamery at 301 Washington St. This small strip also houses a and . Interestingly enough, Jack Conway Realtor moved out a while back and that space is also unoccupied.

What should fill these two voids? Would another restaurant do well here? How about a retail store? What kind of store?
