VIDEO: Youth Care Camp Focuses on Special Needs, Development

The camp is one of dozens held at Hale Reservation during the summer months.

The following is part of a weekly series running this summer that profiles the various camps and programs offered at Hale Reservation during the summer months.

One of the many camps to call Hale Reservation home in the summer time, Youth Care is one that specializes in working with students and children of special needs, particularly children with autism or Asperger’s syndrome. 

The program is run out of Charlestown as part of Mass General Hospital, and has about 110 students engaged this summer.
