Cosmetology 1,000-hour course at Blue Hills Regional Technical School's Continuing Education program in Canton

Cosmetology is a growing profession that offers flexible employment options and unlimited career growth. Blue Hills’ 1000-hour Continuing Education evening program prepares men and women with the skills and professionalism to succeed in this exciting field.

The school is located at 800 Randolph Street in Canton.

The course consists of 250 hours of classroom theory, demonstrations and mannequin practice. There are 750 hours of hands-on training in a state-of-the-art, salon-style clinic. The instructors are highly experienced and eager to show students all the techniques they will need to be successful in this profession.  At the conclusion of the 1000 hours, students will be fully prepared to take the state licensing exam.

The course meets Monday –Thursday from 5 to 9 pm. New students are welcomed on the first Monday of every month if space is available.
