DO YOU WANT TO ADD MORE LAUGHTER TO YOUR LIFE IN 2012? Learn how to add more joyful laughter to your life by attending the Westwood Laughter Circle at 7:30pm to 8:30pm at The Center at Westwoods, 590 Gay Street. We get together to laugh every third Wednesday evening in the smaller building to the left of the main building. There's plenty of parking. Anyone can do these easy, healthful breathing techniques along with simulated laughter that always seems to turn into real laughter! Please arrive a little early to sign in enjoy some happy music! All ages are welcome. $10 per person. No need to pre-register. Since laughing is dehydrating, please bring your water bottle. Also, this is a shoeless event so bring slippers if you wish. Linda and Bill Hamaker are Certified Laughter Yoga Teachers and have trained with the Indian physician, Dr. Madan Kataria, who created laughter yoga.
