We laugh with this wonderful community every third Wednesday evening at The Center at Westwoods Meditation Hall, 590 Gay Street! Anyone can do these easy, healthful breathing techniques along with simulated laughter that always seems to turn into real laughter! All ages are welcome to join in this uplifting experience. $10 per person, $5 per child accompanied by an adult. Since laughing is dehydrating, please bring your water bottle. Feel free to bring your slippers as this is a shoeless event. We are air-conditioned.
Please arrive a few minutes early in order to register. Linda and Bill Hamaker are Certified Laughter Yoga Teachers and have trained with the Indian physician, Dr. Madan Kataria, who created laughter yoga.
