4:45-6:00PM Rhythm and Flow w/ Hania Khuri-Trapper
Rhythm and Flow is a heated Vinyasa Power Yoga class set to music which includes sun salutations and creative sequencing to build strength, flexibility and inner-calm. Sweat and detox as you flow with steady and controlled breath – the soundtrack to your practice. The room is heated to a maximum of 90-95 degrees. During Savasana touches of aromatherapy may be used to deepen the relaxation.

More About Firefly Yoga of Westwood
Firefly Yoga is a yoga, Pilates and suspension training studio with locations in Westwood and Foxboro. The Westwood location features a training room with a capacity of up to 48 students, a private room for one-on-one training, private showers and dressing facilities and a range of mats, towels and skidless towels available for rent. The studio is built entirely out of recycled products and renewable materials and parking is available in the lot behind the facility and the municipal lot across from the CVS Pharmacy.
