111 Chop House is arguably one of my favorite restaurants in the area, ever since its 1999 opening, as reviewed here.
As we thought about places to do a video visit, 111 Chop House was an obvious choice. After working closely with the Worcester Restaurant Group and their marketing arm, we got the “green light” to capture the place. Interestingly, we went on one of their busiest nights, when they were having a wine dinner.
I hope you enjoy this short video visit to 111 Chop House.

Great restaurant, and a really nice behind-the-scenes look -- thanks!

111 is clearly of the best restaurants in the area and I aree with everything you said about it. Well worth the trip (from Milford) to make a special night out that much more special. Thanks for a great video and reminding me it is time to get back there.

Thanks for the kind words, Ken and Milfud. The videos are fun to make, and they do take hours to record...so they are a tad 'disruptive' certainly for the people in them. While we try to make it appear completely spontaneous, you just know people are not standing there with wireless microphones ready to go. The folks at 111 Chop House were very busy preparing for their Wine Dinner, and we had to produce this "on the fly." The 111 Owners, Chefs, GM, Marketing and staff were all very accommodating. I'm happy they agreed to let us come in and capture their restaurant.
