Hartford Street - speed limit is as low as 30 and we see cars driving by at 50mph.

Hartford St for sure! It's criminal the speeds people drive on that street, particularly on the stretch from Kingswood to Burgess. Town needs to put up some stop signs on Hartford Street at a couple of intersections to slow folks down. Residents won't mind. Only the out-of-towners cutting through will be frustrated. Good! Additionally, town would benefit from more police speed patrols up and down Hartford St.
