Westwood Police Make OUI Arrest

The following information was provided by the Westwood Police Department. When an arrest is mentioned it does not indicate a conviction.

On Tuesday, October 30, at 1:16 a.m., a Westwood police officer was doing a routine radar enforcement on East St. when he observed a plate light not working on a passing motor vehicle.

The officer pulled the vehicle over and allegedly noticed that the driver had been drinking.

Richard Harding, 35 of Norwood, was placed under arrest and charged with OUI-liquor and for having a defective plate light.
