Westwood Police Log: Theft from Unlocked Vehicles
The following information was provided by the Westwood Police Department. When an arrest is mentioned it does not indicate a conviction.
Friday, September 21
Car Break-In (12:11 p.m.) - A Strasser Ave. resident reported that his car had been broken into overnight. The resident stated that he had left his car unlocked and that someone had rummaged around in the glovebox. Nothing had been taken.
Saturday, September 22
Theft from Car (12:17 p.m.) - A wallet was taken out of a parked vehicle at Winslow Park. The matter is under investigation.
