Westwood Police Log: One Looks for Cans, Another Finds Marijuana Pipe
The following information was provided by the Westwood Police Department. When an arrest is mentioned it does not indicate a conviction.
Monday, October 15
Can Collector (3:38 a.m.) - A caller reported a suspicious looking sedan driving slowly down Phillips Brooks Dr. Officers responded and found that it was a man collecting cans. They told him it was late and to call it a night.
Ticket Dispute (10:42 a.m.) - Officers were called to the Route 128 Train Station when two people were having a dispute over ticket fare. When they arrived one of the people involved in the dispute was gone, while the other didn't want to file a report.
Marijuana Pipe Found (11:04 a.m.) - A Margery Ln. resident found a handbag with a marijuana pipe in it. The reporting party turned it over to the police, who then destroyed it.

@Bob King...
"The pipe..."
There is a great reason for an 'investigation'.
We certainly would not want a 'pot smoker' on the loose.
Them crazy bastids!
