Westwood Police Department: OUI Arrest
The following information was provided by the Westwood Police Department. When an arrest is mentioned it does not indicate a conviction.
On Saturday, October 6, a Westwood police officer observed a motor vehicle driving without its headlights on just before 1 a.m. near the intersection of High St. and Mayfair Dr.
The officer stopped the vehicle and saw signs of alcohol use by the driver, so she was asked to perform a couple of field sobriety tests, which she was not able to successfully complete.
Catherine Halsey, 46, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor and a Motor Vehicle Lights violation.
