Westwood Pet of the Week: Ethel, 8, Looking for a New Companion and Home

Ethel is up for adoption through the Animal Rescue League of Boston's Dedham shelter.

Ethel is an 8-year-old female cat.

She was brought to the Animal Rescue League's Dedham shelter because her owner became sick and could no longer take care of her properly.

She is a beautiful girl with a medium length thick fur! She is overweight and will need to be on a diet in her new home.

Ethel is fearful at first in a new environment, but with time and patience, she comes out of her shell and lets you see her true, sweet personality. She lived in a quiet house and would do best in a new home with older children; she should be the only pet in her new home.

She is a very sweet girl who will be affectionate once she gets to know you!

If you are looking for a sweet and quiet companion, then Ethel is your girl. She is spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and healthy. If you are interested in adopting Ethel please call the shelter at 781-326-0729 or come by.
