The new Westwood Public Library project has reached its 75-percent completion mark, library officials announced in an update on the project this week. 

Westwood firefighters this week investigated smoke at the Public Storage Building on East Street.

Residents in town who are avid recyclers can now record their recycling activity in an effort to bring in $100,000 into Westwood.

A Westwood native is getting ready to take part in the upcoming annual "Swim Across America" event.
