Trash Service Delayed Due to Sandy
Here are some instructions as well on how to dispose of your old trash containers.

Trash collection has been delayed one day this week because of Hurricane Sandy.
If you're normal trash pick-up day is Thursday, for example, it will be Friday this week. The usual trash schedule will resume next week.
In other trash pick-up news, Waste Management and the Town of Westwood will be hosting a collection event on December 1, 2012 from 8 a.m. until 12 p.m. at Westwood High School for old recycling and trash containers. Both plastic and metal containers will be collected.

Anyone know if the town is planning to pick up brush (fallen branches, etc.) from residents? I think it was Irene when the town did a special collection if residents left the brush curbside.
