Students at Downey Elementary revealed a spirit of theatre this weekend with the first of two performances of Barbara Lennon's the "Tale of Snow White".
The play, both productions of which were sold out, was directed by Downey third grade teacher Catherine Starsiak.
Forty children from kindergarten through fifth grade performed the show, which was supported by the Downey PTO and many local businesses.
