6:11 p.m.: After a motor vehicle stop, officers issued a summons to a Hingham resident for operating an unregistered and uninsured vehicle. 

9:16 p.m.: An officer on patrol investigated suspicious activity involving an open gate at Westwood Pulbic Storage. After investigation, the officer determined the gate was left open in error. 

Sunday, Dec. 16

1:35 p.m.: After a motor vehicle stop, officers arrested Elias Contos, 28, from 19 Cleveland Dr. in Norwood and charged him with OUI liquor, marked lanes violation and speeding. 

9:26 p.m.: Officers received a compliant of two dogs running around the Canton Street neighborhood. Police were unable to locate the animals.
