Patch Learns Parkour at New England Sports Academy

Leaping over obstacles and scaling walls, Patch Editor Charlene Arsenault took parkour lessons at New England Sports Academy recently.

Every so often, we at Patch like to take a close look at the unique things going on in local businesses, and that's what led us to take parkour lessons at New England Sports Academy in Westwood.

"Parkour is a French art form where we use all these different vaults strides, hand movements to get up and over obstacles," Dylan Polin, a parkour instructor at New England Sports Academy said.

The lesson had Patch Editor Charlene Arsenault jumping over obstacles that imitated the urban environment parkour enthusiasts use as their playground.
