While not a business in the traditional sense, Westwood's Hale Reservation offers quite a bit in terms of natural services to local residents. 

The reservation, which comprises 1,100 of woodlands in Westwood and Dover, offers free parking and, aside from numerous walking and hiking trails, holds facilities for birthday parties and other private events. Bathing and water activities are restricted to members for a modest annual fee for families or individuals.

Hale is also the host of several 5K races throughout the year, and most recently welcomed an outdoor sporting demonstration from representatives from Eastern Mountain Sports.

Moreover, the popular Membership Beach at Hale provides area residents with a great local beach, ideal for the hotter summer months.
