Spring and Summer are clearly near when Bubbling Brook opens its doors. 

The local favorite eatery on High Street in Westwood reopens today, March 21, for the regular season, which runs from mid-March to mid-September. 

While the restaurant itself will be open today, the Soft Serve portion of the business won't open until early April. 

The eatery is open during the following hours throughout the season:

• 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. during March, April, late August and September
• 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. from mid-May to mid-August

The ice cream portion of the shop is open during the following hours:

• 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. during March, April, late August and September
• 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. from mid-May to mid-August
