5 Things You Need to Know Today: June 26

Get the times for several local farmers markets today.

 

1. There will be a chance of showers and possibly a thunderstorm after 10 a.m. today, with cloudy skies and a high near 69 degrees, according to the National Weather Service.

2. The new Westwood Farmers Market will be open, rain or shine, from 1-6 p.m. today at the Westwood Senior Center.

3. You can also visit the Powisset Farm Stand in Dover between 1:30 and 6:30 p.m. today. Shop for locally-grown produce, as well as local jam, honey, meat, fish, eggs and more.
